Send the evidence to Pancher with additional information about the scammer and so on.

Do not create forum topics. It is useless and wont assist you with anything.

Just to clear this situation up, He gave you your money back therefore there was no scamming here.

Well, it is actualy counted as scamming. For example: You bet 1million$ and then you win the deal, and the dealer returns you the value back, so isn't it awful?

He only rolled once which was 5, therefore he never won.
As well as before he wired the money, Carlos asked him to go to the other table.

Ever heard of dice x1?
But yeah, it was probably due to the table switch.

Once he started the game he should've finished it. Switching tables is no reason to forfeit on it.

^ True, Rome.
However from the pictures you can see that the dealer never told the player to "Go" and therefore the game was not officially initiated.
The player just sent the money and rolled.
Ergo, the dealer can send back the money.

No email has been received at that email address from you about this or any other matter.

If you wish to proceed with your complaint you can either send an email to [email protected] or forum PM any manager. I will let you know in advance that we never pay lost 'winnings' in cases of gambling scams; we would only ever pay the amount you had directly lost but in this case that would amount to nothing as he returned your stake.

If you do proceed with your complaint and it is proven that this player scammed you, action will be taken against the player but you will not be compensated financially.

It's not a 'scam' exactly... A bad dealer its :/

It's not a bad dealer. You're just a bad gambler.
Never roll before the dealer says "go". If he does not say go, he did not accept the game.
That's what happened here, he did not accept your game and returned you the money.

Maybe the dealer doesnt like the amount of money you want to gamble? Always wait for the dealer says 'go'

Why its dealer if not play? (:

Maybe he wasn't ready?
Maybe he did not like the game you wanted to play?
Maybe you did not gamble with high enough stakes?
Maybe he just didn't like you.

Lots of reasons.

From the screen-shot,
I see this:(correct me if it is wrong)
you want to play 1x,but the dealer refuse and tell you to go to another table which may gives you the games.
You didn't and instead still sending out bet,and dice without the agreement of dealer.

In this case,it's not scamming,he didn't even accept your bet and tell you he refuse it in the first place.

I advise the dealer to take court action of wrongly accusation on dealer and falsely ruin his reputation with or without purpose.

To you,I advise you always wait until said "go" or did he said "send bets and go" this kind of phrases?

i think he can return back the money if you dont Start or you he doesnt say go , if he just say go he cant give back , he must continue.
But its not really a scam , its just a looser dealer.

Guys look at the screenshots carefully.

Carlo Ancelotti is telling Ted CorleoneT to go to the other table, not him.

But as for the original poster, dude carlos didnt ask you to go, and none of your screens even show him returning the cash, plus it looks like he was a player not a dealer in the first place, seeing hes asking carlo what games...

This can't be classified as scamming. Whatever the reason was, Carlos never rolled after you did, he gave you your cash back, thus there's no scamming involved (you don't know if he had a 6 after rolling after you, so you can't say you won...)

call him a bad guy for ending it or something (perhaps the reason was running out of cash to give you incase you'd win, not just table switch) but don't call him a scammer since he didn't scam you.

Ok, so... Its not scam really, but yes a 'looser', 'bad' dealer...
