Title: ARPD uniform & non-offficial cop skin (vc-mp)

Will be that possible to make different between arpd cops and non-official cops?

If the cop Tomy and Lance skin is available in vcmp, it should be used only by the arpd, and non official cops should use the singleplayer cop skin.

can the server recognize if a logging in plyr is in arpd or not?
if yes this idea is gr8 :razz:

And i don't think it will be in 1.1 also, it's a bit complicated.
