I accidentaly deleted bus.txd whilst adding a mod with GMT tool, then I added the backup back and GTA just keeps starting, getting part way through loading then crashing, I reinstalled the whole thing, SAMP, GTA SA, downgrade patch and the no CD crack (I need to use the CD Crack even though I had a CD) but I still can't get in, it's doing the same as it was before I re-installed it, does anyone know what it could be?

Uninstall
Delete whats left of GTA San Andreas folder
Reinstall in a DIFFERENT directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA SA\GTA San Andreas

User -> AppData (hidden by default) -> Local -> VirtualStore -> Program Files and find the Rockstar Games folder and delete the GTA San Andreas folder that's inside it.
The GTA San Andreas folder does not necessarily exist, but give it a try. I had a similiar problem awhile back, this fixed it.

Mikal, have you got Windows7 as Operation System?
If so, open up: Start->Computer (Or keyboard:Windows button+E) ->Find: Organasition, or direction (Top right corner) (I've got it on another language..) -> Folder and search settings, open it -> Search for: Jugement -> Find: Hidden files and folders, and put a dot to: Show hidden files and folders.
If it's done, go to: C:\Users\Your username\appdata And find "local" there
