I know the question is kinda noobish but I'm trying to finish single player and everything is on auto save.
I wanted to re install my GTA 4 lately, since it works in only admin mod now.If you mean running it as an administrator in Windows Vista/7, that is actually normal. Many games require that these days in order to access extra files or sections of the OS they need to correctly run. A simple workaround to avoid the right-click method is right-clicking on the shortcut or actual executable itself, going to Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, set it to Run As Administrator. Click Apply and OK, and it should always run it as an administrator from that point on, unless you aren't on an administratively-privileged account.

And that mod still doesn't work So. And I have already done that, But why keep something and go an extra step each time when that thing doesn't even work or is not useful anymore?

ELS itself, however, is very buggy. Make sure you don't use it with IV:MP either, because like earlier versions of ELM for GTA:SA, it repairs your vehicle, and that can get you banned.

MFW I have been using ELS for ages and have never once noticed this issue. It's kinda iffy. I can confirm that it is not safe for IV:MP, though.(http://i40.tinypic.com/2vkwx8w.jpg)
