Title: Modifications on SAMP

Almost everyone has mods for his San Andreas, I do have none, but I want them.
Could anyone give me some 'must-have' mods and tell me here how to install the mods. ( Yeh, I can google but I rather ask it here :razz:)

Remember , only use mods that change visuals and dont give you an advantage. for example, just cars / skins and textures.. only real mod thats visible to others thats allowed is ELM which lets you use better police lights that flash.
