Hello,
I have been house hunting today and i have noticed many house's that are quite big and good looking that have owners which are unactive.
I think that managers should have one whole week which they pass through houses and check if the owner is active or not, Because why would we want these lovely houses to go to waste and left their to rot. When there are many people who would love to purchase them.
I hope that the managers of argonath consider this post and i hope they have a crackdown on unactive owners.
Thankyou for your time.
Jim.

If you do not know the owners it does not have to mean they are inactive.
In many cases where people ask, the owners are from a different time zone and playing daily.
-
I remember there was a 1 month period before houses and business getting unowned if the owner did not enter them

I'm pretty sure its 3 months. :)

You are quite right ;)

Would this 3 month rule still apply if you have reported yourself inactive to some administration member/manager? Like going on internships for school which takes 4 months or more i.e. and no time besides that to enter. Or that you have found your computer broken down and no good PC which can handle SAMP ( I know this is uncommon but it's an example) and it takes months to get one?
Just so I know if I ever go away for some longer time I don't have to worry. Like from the 16th of April to 29th of July I'm inactive due to internships but I don't know if internet will work there and the laptop I'll have (I'm staying at the parc itself) can't run GTA SA.

Many players play in a time when you are never online. I met a guy a few weeks back who I have never met in the 3 years I play here, simply because he was from the other side of the globe.

As far as I know, you still lose your property.

All properties are removed if owner does not enter them in 3 months.
No information will be given when this 3 months will be full, so there is no point of PMing admins about it.
-
Don't think login-in once every three months and entering is going to save your properties either.

We do not need a reminder. We check it regularly.
