Hello, my name is Ferrari. I've been a legal citizen of the United States of Argonath since December 2010, and I am currently inhabiting in Vice City. I'm a known citizen in the whole district here, and I have a personal sympathy towards fire arms. I admire them. Therefore I make this letter meant to the Vice City Hall, requesting to issue me a license that could let me carry a firearm with no fear of getting intimidated by Vice City's law enforcment.
Also, If my proposal is accepted, I'd like to register a KEG-12 shotgun, M4A1 carbine rifle, a .357 Colt Python, Ingram Mac-10, and an AKS-74u.
Kind regards, Ferrari32.

As this is an open forum, I'd like to state the fact (or at least what I believe is a fact) that no formal gun licensing system exists, nor is one necessary as in the United States of Argonath, citizens have the basic freedom to bear arms, provided they aren't used to commit crimes such as murder, intimidation, extortion, etc. If these basic rights do not exist, then the ratification of a state constitution (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=75902.0) should be done as soon as humanly possible.

Ferrari32,
I would like to confirm that there is no official firearms licensing system (trading aside) in Vice City.
For such a system to be implemented, it would first have to be passed through as legislations from the United States of Argonath government.
As it stands, being the holder of certain firearms/other 'weapons' is not a criminal act. However, should they be misused, or on display in public without cause (i.e. criminality) law enforcement units would take action.
Yours sincerely,
