Title: Jail timer

Simple suggestion.
Show jailed people their jail timer.
It would be useful to jailed people to know if they are getting out soon, because people (like me) need to schedule stuff ig and you can`t schedule stuff ig if you don`t know if you are getting out of jail in 2 minutes or 2 seconds...

As crime fighter I've never had such problem!  :lol:

Anyway I find it useful, especially for new players, who don't understand if they have to wait or go out the prison . .

Maybe considered for RS2. Will not be added to RS1.
