Since 04.04.2012, MTS is working in Los Santos urban limits. We inform all citizens, that their cars can be towed away, if they block the road or are bad parked.

According to Argonath Constitution,

Act III.III: Parking is to be done in a matter it will not obstruct access to a building or a house or its driveway or parking and will not obstruct the road. It can partially obstruct the sidewalk. One person is allowed to park in front of state buildings, but his vehicle may be towed away to the nearest police department on request of the person in charge at the mentioned building or if found obstructing an essential spot for the public services.

The following cars can be towed:
State and owned cars will be towed to Unity Station parking lot, and our operators will send an SMS to their owners.
EMS cars will be towed to nearest Hospital
FD cars will be towed to LSFD
Police cars will be towed to LSPD parking lot

Also we're hiring operators. We don't pay, but we don't ask a lot. Grab a towcar and clean the city from dropped cars.

Dear Municipal Towing Service,

I'd like to just inform you that there have been recently many cases of vehicles and even some small light aircrafts being "abandoned" in and around all airports, with an exception to NAP.

Regards,
Mr M Montague
ATC Co-Director.

Mr. M Montague,

Actually we have only one operator, and it's hard to keep clean at least Pershing, Idlewood and Commercial, anyway we'll try to evacuate all dropped cars at LSAP too

Manager of MTS

Dear MTS,

Thank you for trying to keep the streets clean. I would suggest you to cooperate with the police force, as well as with other services.
Some thoughts:
- At times civilians might be taken to a PD for questioning. Many of them would appreciate having their car present when finished, and might offer you a reward for it.
- If you notice the car belongs to the State, delivering them to places like LSAP will increase the availability of transport.
- If you are towing a private vehicle, contcting the owner might find you rewarded, though sometimes you may have to cope with citizens who have anger problems.

Mr. President,

- We will cooperate with LSPD, maybe we will do as you recomended.
- At the moment, all cars that are not from emergency services, are towed to Unity Station parking, but we will think about towing them to other public access state properties, such as LSAP, United Nations.
- For now we are contacting the owners with an SMS, and sometimes owners of towed people are even happier that their vehicle will be towed to a safer zone

Sincerely,
Simon Juarez
Manager of MTS

Dear Mr. President. Last days I found that many officers obstruct our work by abusing /su, as they can't understand why some cars are being towed. I would ask an ordinance to SAPD to explain that MTS is towing all PD cars to nearest PD parking (LSPD northern parking).

Tonight many PD cars were dropped, I was cleaning alone the Pershing Square and still got problems with some SAPD, who did not even understand what about was my work.
