First thing you want to do is make sure your GTA SA version is NOT 2.0, if it is, find a downgrade patch,
Second, go to http://www.sa-mp.com (http://www.sa-mp.com) and download the client,
Argonath's IP is : 178.63.52.144

You need Grand Theft Auto San Andreas in order to play SAMP, if you have it installed, then choose the folder to GTA SA, if you don't, get it then.
