Selling the Speeder at the Viceport Docks. In perfect condition, great for fishing trips and speeding across the waterways of Vice City.

Minimum Bid: $82,000
Maximum Bid: $120,000

Is it good for making trips with say, 10 people?

So long as either your passengers hold tight or you drive carefully, you should be fine. Unfortunately, the Speeder is not a very large vehicle, so you may be able to hold up to 3 or 4 passengers safely across the harsh conditions of the Vice City Bay.
