and i need some professional scripting guidance for me as i am new.
can any1 help me ?

Look for guides ;)

If you are scripting for MTA then go to the mta forums and look at their scripts and guides...

Also I'm sure wikipedia has guides on making general IRC scripts...

there is a mta scripting site that Watti has told me, i just cant remember it ;) Ask him via MSN, if he is in game, or PM him :)
