Title: Cannot find the server, anyone, ideas?

Hello there folks, I've been through that in the past but unfortunately I don't remember, I cannot find the server, it's like: "Add Server", "178.63.52.144" or "178.63.52.144:7777" and it keeps Retriving info, anyone, idea how to fix it up?

Your current IP range is routeblocked because of someone threatening the server.

Any idea when it'd be fixed? I really want to go online....
