That if he lives. Such incidents happen alot in Pakistan, Where people with two heads, two face, four kidneys and what not are born. Saw that all on NGC once.

It happens everywhere to be honest(People born with extra Limbs, kidneys, etc) it's just that many go unreported and for various reasons, usually in fear that their family will be shunned.

These things generally happen from nuclear radiation and the sort that were in past members of the family, and can continue to appear further down the line.

But in all seriousness, if the baby lives then the problem would be trying to attain a normal life, even if the extra limbs were the result of a genetic disease which would affect only one in a million or more babies.
