If you already have applied then use /dsteachers ingame and select a teacher from the same driving school you applied for.

Just like that but you post it in the driving school thread. However it seems like you could do with a passport before you go after the driving license, since that's one of the requirements of getting it.

I'll be inside the game in a minute so just holler at me then and I'll get you started.
