plz read this all......
I would like to introduce a new concept for VC:MP
The idea is to merge some of the most wanted prospects of RPG:-1) Jobs
2) Property Income
3) Business
If some one owns a business property, he can recruit employees for his business (maximum 2 employees per business). Players can apply for jobs by contacting the owners either on forums or ingame.
The employees will have to work in order to get their income. The more the employees work, the more income property generates. The income is collected by the owner of the place and distributed between his employees and keeps a part with himself
What kind of Job:-
The job that the boss or the employees do to generate business income will be delivery jobs. As every business needs goods and stock to function, The stock delivery can be assigned as a mini mission. The employees will have to collect and deliver stock to the place where they work.
How it works:-
The stock arrives at vice city periodically (say after every 10 minutes) at different randomly selected location. The stock can be a pickup.
When the stock arrives, message displays- <Stock has arrived at “placeâ€ÂÂ> (where place is a randomly selected location)
all the employees rush to the place to collect the pickup
The aim is to collect the stock and deliver it to your work-place
So there is always a lot of competition between different employees to reach and deliver the stock before anyone else does.
When an employ delivers the stock to the business property, the property generates a certain amount of income.
This income can only be collected by the owner of the place, not by the employ
Therefore the employ does not get paid on the spot.
When the owner of the property comes online, he can collect the income and pay his employees accordingly with the !send command or whatever is there
Thus the owner and employees can decide a fixed salary per month or whatever, and the boss pays them accordingly
Since many employees will rush for the stock, only 1 player will get it, therefore money making will not be so easy
The income generated by properties will be different
Eg- Amount generated per delivery (just an example, values can be set later)
Malibu – 500$ per Delivery
Pay ‘n’ Spray- 100$ per delivery
Pizza Shop- 250$ per delivery
Tarbrush Café- 200$ per delivery
Construction Yard- 250$ per delivery
This is just an example, values can be set later according to the price and popularity of the property
Rules:
1) To do the jobs, you have to be in citizen skin
2) You can have only 1 job
3) Maximum 2 employees for 1 business
Also, if a person who is possessing the stock gets killed by:-
a) Another employee- in this case the stock is passed to the murderer automatically
b) Cop, drowns, leaves the game, kicked, banned- the stock destroys, and the employees wait for the next stock to arrive.
Related Commands:
!stock - gives the information of stock
Eg.- <The stock will arrive in 4.8 minutes>
Or, <The stock is currently in Vice-port>
Or, <The stock is currently with nick at Vice-point>
!job - Shows the job status of nick
Eg.- <You work at Malibu Club>
Or, <you are currently unemployed>
!vacancy - Shows job vacancy for a place
Eg.- <There is 1 vacancy for jobs>
Or, <There is no Job Vacancy>
!givejob <nickorid> - to recruit an employee
!fire <nickorid> - To remove an employee from your business
!takecash - Collect the money generated at your business
ASPECTS:
1) this idea doesn’t make money making easy, as there will be a lot of competition between different employees
2) A true sense of real life in Gaming limits
3) It does not lead to idle money making, as money generated is proportional to the work u do
4) as jobs are not created from Mid-Air, it will create a situation where players will have to search for a job, just like in real life
5) it creates a sort of interrelation between business and employees, both depend on each other to gain profits
plz do post about any abuses/disadvantages/suggestions u can think of.
thank you for reading all .... :gd:

I don't see any flaw in it, but it's a bit complicated to script and to run.
It doesn't add much business management strategic.
-
it would be nice to have periodic jobs along with the RP that we already have
there can be something also like... illegal businesses, eg.- weed field
when an employee delivers stock to the weed field he automatically gets suspected if a cop is nearby(to add to the complications :devroll: )
than god atleast this thing was declared "possible"
-
nice idea, but wont it be abused?
and if there r only 2 employees, then there isnt much fighting. Maybe there is only 1 employee online.
and dont make rewards to big, because it will be abused then.
dont make it more then half a copjob or something
-
As long as other skins get government payed jobs. Thats what is needed to balance skins choice.
-
Not all should be Delivery though only for places that need it like Pizza Stores and Ammu-Nation Stores.

i just gave an example of 10 minutes, income per delivery etc.
values can be set later, to check the abuses
it depends on the standard rating of money making(hard or tough)
Not all should be Delivery though only for places that need it like Pizza Stores and Ammu-Nation Stores.
the only point is to create competition between different bizz. and be fair to small scale props
i just think that this thing is easier than scripting different items like drugs, vinyl etc. for different properties separately
-
I totally understand daddy, he just posted an example to a bussiness script.
-
will this be created???? :trust:

isnt that way to much?
:ps: I like the idea but maybe bit abuse

isnt that way to much?
maybe... but i was just giving an example considering that the ratio between two properties is appropriate
