Jaaskaa feels that he is not welcomed in this community, and that people do not want him here, we know this is not true.
If you want Jaaskaa to stay, please make it clear to him that we do want him to stay.
Jaaskaa has been a great help and a friend for me, and I don't want to see him go, I don't know how any of you feel, but show your support for him here.
If Jaaskaa was to leave the community, we would loose a great person and for many of us, we would loose a great friend.

He is not leaving because he thinks his time is over. He is leaving because everything is messed up, example ownership of this community. That's one serious fact what we have to face and fix now, until its too late.

It seems that Jaaskaa is a bit stressed and as such is unwilling or unable to completely concentrate on being 100% beneficial to the server and the police department.
I'm not saying Jaaskaa is a bad person and that I want him to go, but I'd like for him to devote more time into something if he's accepted to take on that role. I've worked with him as a leader in the past and if he really wants to, he can certainly put his mind into it. If he wishes to take a while off and return when he feels he's ready to get into the game again, let him.

You should stay, however you need to make yourself available to the community so its easier to get in contact with you. Its your job to be helping the community and its members and from what I see, tensions seem to rise when your not seen as active or your hsrd to get ahold of.

You remind me of CBFasi... I mean your thinking, acting... he also felt overwhelmed.
People used to shit on CBFasi because he was strict. However, we've got huge part of RS4 thank to him... I do miss that guy.

He recently has surgery, and is relying on a number of medicines to numb the pain, but also make him feel out of whack, so he needs his rest. He removed his position temporarily and will be back in a couple of weeks.

He has told me that he is infact thinking of leaving as he does not feel appreciated. He has said that he does not feel welcomed.

That's why Kolta is closed and the reason is:

That's either just a lie or it is -another- reason. The main reason is different and I'm not going to speak out in public for Jaaskaa, he can do that himself.

Everything that is happening is not because of the Surgery. This is just built up things that have just spilled out at the time of his Surgery.

Jaaskaa, probably you don't even know my name and all, but you've done some reforms in the Argonath RPG Police Department that from my looking place it was braveness steps, and I believe that you are welcomed into our community and you shouldn't leave us. You're taking good current issue in the community, as the ARPD Commissioner. People have dreamed on it, and you've aquired it, keep it, do not lose it, you specialized your life into the law enforcement, if it's working on the constitution, ARPD Commissioner and taking place as a federal law enforcer, to reach your place is almost immpossible, and you should appreciate whatever you have. Do not leave, keep us motivated and yourself, and we gonna make Argonath's community safe and secured! To serve and protect sir!

Jaas, your the only manager I see really anymore, of the whole top end of Argo; any problems I have; you solve as soon as you possibly can, I contact anyone else, even if its the most of urgency, it gets disregarded and left to the bottom of their PMs. You've done a lot for the community, and it would be tragic to see you leave. Think about the people you've helped have fun and enjoy before you think about the negative crap coming from above.

Jaaska, I do not know you long, and so do you about me. But seeing all the people in here that opt in for you.
I will not stop you if it is your own choice, but you are a great part of the community... If you want to leave, Do so. but think again before making the step, Look around and notice the people shouting out for you...

Jaaskaa, we gave you the task because you are one of those who do not fold under pressure, are straight in whatever opinion you give and at the same time can provide a lot of fun.
It meant that whatever we give to you is something we do not have to worry about, and where we can trust your decisions. If you have a problem where things get too much, we have your back like you always have ours.
You claim not to care about being hated, while at the same time you need appreciation like everyone else.
I hope that besides us, many others see this as well.

Jaaskaa, I don't really know you that well but as i can see, you mean alot to alot of players on Argonath RPG, They want you to stay because you mean something for them. They are your friends. They care about you and they really don't want you to leave. So if not for us, stay for Argonath.

You introduced me to techniques in the F.B.I I was totally unfamiliar too, thanks to you I have got a lesson in how to handle the sniper rifle. Something the majority of the current players will not experience.
You tought me new things I have carried with me and is the reason why I am the officer I am today.
You introduced me to the administrator team and I am glad I got you as I have always admired your work and dedication. You gave my useful tips and helped me during the first hours, I felt very welcome and that you gave me hints about what I should do if I had any questions, you told things even if I did not asked - not everyone who doing that.
You take care of us, we take care of you. Might not be noticed but I believe, hope, no one in this community want your resignation topic.
You are an unreplaceable asset and if you leave will the community lose a great leader and even better player.

Spoke to Ronnel, we still have things to solve. So far I'm taking a break of manager duty for the time I take my post-surgery medication.
Let it be known I was not going to leave related to any player or ARPD matter. It was HQ situations with which I wasn't comfortable with. We had a long discussion and settled things for now.
Today we debated 3 critical points.
Tommorow we have 10 more to debate.
