me SCORPION177 and my brother KODASHI play vice city mp and i don't know why we are banned is it me? or my bother -_- unban me please

Both of your bans are temporary and should've expired 24 hours from when you were banned. If I recall, SCORPION was tempbanned for shitting on the server and spamming that SA:MP was better, while KODASHI was tempbanned for constant flaming.

KODASHI is tempbanned for constant flaming.

SCORPION is tempbanned because KODASHI is tempbanned.
