You must make an application for most things.

And to become an admin you must make an application to, only those are closed at the moment.

Forum ranks such as Stranger, Regular and Veteran are set to vary based on spent time and posts on the forum.
And posts posted into Forum Games or similar are not counted. :roll:

If you mean forum ranks like the ranks you mentioned, it's a system based on time spent online. You have to be online on forums for 2 days in order to achieve a 'Regular' rank and so on.

As IcyAero said, forum ranks depends on how old your forum account is & how many posts you got. At some point, they will change automatically to the proper rank.

Nope. The time spent increases whenever you use the forums. Sitting idle on the forums will not increase your time.
