Well i want to know that why admins punish the players who use capital letters?
CAPITAL letters show`s us the anger,so why punish?
If a player is angry,for sure he will use CAPITAL letters.

The people who go "caps" despite being completely unaware of why the other person has had to resort to "shouting" are annoying.
Most people tend to ignore the message itself, even, if it's written in full caps.
Player1: HELP I'M BEING CHASED BY A HITMAN
Player2: caps
Player3: my eyes!
Player4: omglolcapsoff
Player1 was warned by Admin1 for CAPS OFF PLS haha super mega troll lolololo
Player1 was warned by Admin2 for Watch the caps man
Player2: Admin fail lol!!!
Player5: d-d-d-d-double kill
Player1: COPS PLEASE HELP ME
Player1 was tempbanned by Admin2 for 10 minutes for Excessive caps usage
10 minutes later
Player1 has joined the server from x
Player1: omg these admins suck
Player1 was banned by Admin3 for You suck, go away

Isn't it obvious if I should write the sentence above I'm angry?
Capital letters is disallowed to use, mainly because it's annoying to read. Use normal size on capitals and everything will go smooth ;)

Caps are indeed used to express anger. (example)BUT IT IS ANNOYING TO READ IN SOME CASES
The best way to use caps:
(examples)
I hate you - correct
I Hate You - Incorrect
I HATE YOU - obvious
I hAtE yOu - Incorrect
With names its to add a comedic effect:

imo caps are disallowed so people can read what they want:
Player 1: I am so high right now
Player 2: SMOKE WEED EVERYDAAAY
Player 3: You sure man? I dont believe you can get high from smoking one joint.

Player 2 has been warned by Admin 1 for caps
Player 3: Not to mention he was attentionwhoring just to get a laugh.

I really don't understand what makes capital letters so offensive. I find it childish to be picky about certain characters. I do see what you mean about the caps having a sense of being over-emotional, but they're just letters.
