To elaborate, they are allowed, at your own risk. On the off chance that one of your CLEO mods starts causing you to spawn weapons or appear erratically to other players and you get banned for it, it is entirely your fault.

ELM Is allowed, But Mods like Parkour and FreeRunning Cleo Mods are Not allowed, (Mods who Adventage you)
