name ingame: [EAF]Han, someone can explain this? why banned? story:
playing on server, chating on pizza store, went show err... Camper one car, after that i remeber Stormeus joining the server and then my eye got stuck in a phrase : [EAF]Han Banned Minigun Script, only stuck in these words, then i tought what can it be... started to read full phrase and game closed.
wanted to beliave it was a mistake, but i dont think so.
before everything just wanted to know why i was banned.

You were banned for abusing script bugs to spawn miniguns and shoot (and killed) police officers that were training privately. So answer honestly, do you remember that incident?

yes i do, i was in training, got killed there, quickly /c training,and minigun command, then spawned with it but...oh no, there was 2 cops wich i cant remember who(if was 2), i guess both was in the car, and i started shooting arround them for fun, they was boat like OMG, both said nothing about it, im not sure if i aimed for their car, but i beliave i hit it, they came and started attackin me, i killed one of the cops, then im not sure how i left there, i guess i /kill, i remember killing one cop, it was so unmeaning for me that i dont remember more details.only that it was night, dont remember if i came back to training, i didnt realized how it was serious. i trully sorry for this and i promise it will never happen again, in any way.

It's not so much the bug that irks me, as bugs, when reported properly, can easily be fixed/worked around. However, it's when bugs are used to gain an advantage and to disrupt other players' experience that it becomes an issue. While you may not have realized it, those cops were doing unofficial training, and you ended up interrupting an RP, which (evidently) made them angry. Don't get me wrong, though -- they're not in the right for attempting to revenge-kill either.
So long as you've acknowledged your mistakes and are willing not to repeat them, there shouldn't be any more problems.

i understand you point, i would shot a guy with a minigun who is attacking me, anyway, it just happened, as i did not used it against no one else.

I'm going to wait for Klaus to decide when/if to unban you, but I just got another screen of you, in another incident where you were killing people with training weapons.

A one-time incident is one thing, but repeatedly and deliberately spawning them is much worse. I still expect you to be unbanned, but not as soon as I'd originally anticipated now.

Answer honestly, did you seriously think it would be OK to spawn a minigun (due to a script fault) and then start using it on other players? You know well enough how the training script works, and so I doubt you didn't know that the fact you could actually use the command (/c wep) outside the arena wasn't abnormal.

its more like i didnt tought, im not any scripter but i have an idea how it works, i just didnt thinked someone would come simply with a ban, i didnt even expected kick.
to be honest i didnt did for purpose, you know,i was simply on training, then spawned, i even told in chat, something like: lol i spawned with training weapons, i think marcell said: haha old bug. the last thing that i thinked was that it was wrong to go shooting players, just ''enjoyed'' that i could do that, you should remeber other day i told you that training was open.after shooting that cop, i just stoped. cuz i started thinking about it, and i could not do anything, and all i can say now is sorry, it just happened.

I find it concerning how you thought it was okay to spawn with training weapons, use them against players, and then expected no punishment whatsoever.
the last thing that i thinked was that it was wrong to go shooting players, just ''enjoyed'' that i could do that

i gunned down 3? :wow: great, good to know, just thinking i shot pulse, now, about those screens, if the point is about Marell, he said they gonna think im hacking, and dont dm with them, at least, this chat was after shooting them right?...just saw that i can scroll the chat, nice.
after sniping him did i killed someone else? and i was thinking for real that i only killed pulse, i mean, i really didnt remembered shooting them 2...
the version wich my brain tells me, is that i shot the cop,but dont remember exactly how i lost.just checked some screens, i have me shooting with that minigun at one cop, i belieave its pulse, then some screens later, i find Meralrock in downtown, the screens dont tell me why i shot him, but i just remembered that i showed the minigun twice, in the second time he attacked me, then i shot :cry:. after that, some screens later, i go back to vcpd and snipe one cop wich is idling in the door, after that there are some screens from me heading to bank, taking some screens of car...looks like i took some time to stop with those guns, i beliave after this i stoped shoting people with minigun, i guess all this happened in 5 minutes. ahhh, didnt tought i did all this, what can i say...
