Title: VC:MP Scripting

I found that for making a script in vc:mp you need mirc(from mex).As i dont know nothing about mirc i want to start learning and i think i need some links where can i find examples of scripts and tutorials about mirc scripting.

Isnt VC:MP PAWNO scripting? Or its SA:MP only?

VC:MP Version 0.3z uses mIRC scripting,

Your best off looking around the VC:MP Forum Scripting area, maybe download a public script and take a look.
