Well, the thing is. My brother would like to start playing in Argonath aswell, and since we only have one PC at the moment, we'll have to use the same one. (Well, mine in that case.) So, if he could open an account in-game, without us getting banned or confused with anyone, I'd like to ask for permission first, so none of us get banned or similiar.
(Note that I am having the responsibility for all this, if he gets banned it is my fault for letting him play.)

he is welcome to play, but he also have to inform admins ingame about the situation, and as long you or him, not starting transfer money or such thing ingame between the accounts, i see no harm in this, if its the only way for him to play :)

I'll teach him to get drugs and such, and make sure he won't rulebreak or such either, he's just curious how it would be to play SA online.

Just as long you don't transfer money I think it's okay ;).

In that case, I'd just send him 1k. Well, you don't have to worry about it. I'll make sure everything is gonna be alright.

As long as you do not start transferring money between each other or doing things any two normal players with accounts cannot do, then it is fine.

No worries.

Generally we say you may not transfer money to each others but to be clear you may actually send cash to each other. What is not supported is that he creats an account, thinks the server is booring and leaves some days later and sends his cash to you...
So the rules is to follow for you both like everyone else has to do.
Hope he enjoys the game and server :D

As he is new to SA:MP, I don't think he will get bored so fast :p, and if he just decides to try out another server, I can just tell him to keep the money as he will need it incase he will return, which I really think he will. However, I've told him to read the rules and to follow them. So none of us gets ourselfs banned or similiar, even though. If he does something wrong that he isn't really aware of, don't just insta ban him lol. Would be better to explain and such..

Remember that everything he does on your IP address will be your responsibility, too. If he does something that gets him banned, you will be caught as well.

I am aware of that.

I welcome your brother! I advice you, as his brother, to introduce him to the forum and the wikipage before he actually enter the server. It'll move on smoother that way instead of get him to play right away. It would also be useful if you sit next to him during his first hours on the server so he get a nice start. Introduce him how to make cash, inform him about the current bugs and everything else that's useful.
The most important, don't make him bored :D

I know right, most of the times he used to bring a chair and sit next to me, while I was killing cops. xD But as he is quite serious in what he told me when he asked if he could start to play samp. I don't see any problems in that, as far as I know. He has told me that he did read the rules in-game, aswell asked a few players how he could get started and so on.
I'll be helping him until I think he's good enough to be playing, we've both been to random servers, just so he can try it out. And see if he finds something interesting there, however. He is mostly playing in argo when I am not home. And I felt like giving him a bit of my own money, as he is my brother. Since it is against the rules. It could be seen as money cheating with multi-accounts. Anyways, I'll show him what to do and not.
