I made this banner for OGSG (runded by wayne daniels and jupz)
I made this in like 3minutes,watchya think i am ok with all comments that can help me better this.

It's pretty creative, yet a little bland. If you're a beginner, you're on the right track! Keep it up! 

Youtube is a great place for photoshop tutorials.
Check out deviantart.com (http://www.deviantart.com) for inspiration / renders
dafont.com (http://www.dafont.com) is a good place for free fonts.
