if you replace some skin or car you will see all the people who use the same skin or car with the mod

I think what he is asking for his for the topic to be only viewable by him (WHich I'm not sure is possible.)

Just put *UNDER CONSTRUCTION* in the title, no one will mind, you don't even have to have a good topic.
