It appears the server is not displayed on the Server Browser/List In-Game for some reason.

Will it be possible to get the server displaying on the Server list? As it is useless to have a stable server that players can't find.

Ask the IVMP devs. It seems to be their problem once again.

yes use T3 r1 or T3r3 because T3 r2 will NOT list.

T3 r1

I'm afraid thats not the problem sue, we already tried this.
The problem is that IP adresses are being stored as signed integers in the MYSQL database instead of unsigned integers. This can only be fixed by IV:MP devs themself, we are trying to reach them.

welcome Honigsenf :)
An ip address is not an integer or float you have to save them as strings .....
