Dear court,
Yesterday when i logged into my account i saw that i had lost my all cash , business and property.My account was reset by stormeous .I accept that i was inactive but i was back (legend know it ) but then masterlist was down and i was not having server ip and also i was busy in my real life as i was also not much on Dm server's.So here i appeal to get my whole cash back and my business as my ammunation is bought by [VU]Inferno .

Pumba, your account was not intended to be reset entirely. You're trying to sue over:
1. A script fault that corrupted your userfile.
2. An administrative response that led to the seizure of your business.
The rest of your money would have been refunded but you left before I could. I repeatedly told you that logging on and then quitting is not maintaining activity. Your Ammunation was reset before for the same reason, and yet, for some reason you decided to re-buy it without doing anything. Unless you plan on becoming active again (i.e. you don't quit after two minutes and you actually decide to roleplay instead of business whoring), I don't see any reason for you to keep it.
All of that being said, this court case in invalid because it is not in in a roleplay sense. I'll try to restore the rest of your missing money and I'll help you recover any other properties or vehicles lost. If you have any more concerns contact either myself or Klaus -- not the court system.

The Ammunation was reset from you under the premise that you were leaving the community forever. Your money should've been refunded, but it's a tricky situation, worsened by the fact that there are three competing claims over it.

I say no, and unless Klaus says otherwise, that's the way it should stay. The masterlist being down is not a valid reason because you had been inactive for months beforehand, logging in for two minutes every so often and leaving without doing anything, practically for the sole purpose of keeping your business. Had you not actually logged in, the business would've been reset along with all of the other inactive vehicles and properties.
You will get your $600k back, whatever you had in your bank, any vehicles and other properties you possessed, and some extra money for food and clothes that can't be accounted for. However, as of so far you will not get the Ammunation itself.

No, I wouldn't. If this is some cheap shot to imply that EAF members, get special treatment, read over the lists in this thread:

Keep in mind that moaning will not help you get back your old Ammunation. You were offered what it was valued, the money you lost from your corrupt userfile, and having the properties in your inventory reattributed to your account, just like everyone else who got their businesses reset. That should be enough.
I would advise that if you want to continue this conversation, move it to PM. The Courthouse is not an appropriate place for an issue like this. That said, someone please lock this.

Alright first thing, Pumba you were inactive. Do not try to say otherwise, as logging in for 10 or so minutes and then leaving does not count as being active. Why do you even care about owning a property on a server you don't play on? Oh right, "business whoring" as Stormeus would put it.

We just sorted out this misunderstanding on the server. The Ammunation is being given back to Brian and Inferno is being refunded. Brig was already refunded and given all of his missing cash -- just his property (KM HQ) has to be reattributed.
As to why, he'd been inactive for a couple of months, a couple of people told me he left Argo, and I can't remember when, but I did reset it after making some assumptions, so that was bad on my part.

I would never leave this community. It is and always be one of my favorite places to be. I'm glad that its been fixed. Asfor my inactivity i did make a topic about it....
