Title: GTA 4 and EFLC No - cd patches

Heya,

I'm here asking for help once again, I just got GTA 4 complete edition with EFLC.

I totally re installed the windows on my laptop, deleting everything, so all old patches are gone. And its annoying each time I try to play any of the games, they ask me to put in the original disc, which I prefer to keep in the box and locked so they don't get scratched or damaged in case I need to re install the game.

So the thing is, can anyone please suggest me a link to both GTA 4 and EFLC no cd patches? So it no longer asks me to insert the DVD each time I start the game?

I'll be very thankful, just post the link here or send me a pm please.  :)

I did find those on google, but they all come with trainers, also I don't know which one will be the best for multi player.  :devroll:

You can see these two options in the link I gave you. Now, I downloaded the first one and no sign of trainers or such.
It extracts the LaunchGTAIV.exe only. Just replace this with the one in your directory and that should be it.

Void, I'm currently running on CD. I activated my game, installed it correctly and at the moment, I'm playing on CD. I tried to use the first patch's LaunchGTAIV.exe, by replacing it with the new one and SecuROM or whatever it is still asks for CD, Mind helping?

There are always alternatives like image mounting with Alcohol or Daemon which work the same as if you inserted a disk into the burner.
I assume the two of you checked the "Custom" install option? If yes, do a fresh install by clicking the "Complete" option as your form of installation.

GTA IV has built-in security that makes this less capable for obvious reasons. Either way, this topic is beginning to lean towards the discussion of piracy, so please be careful where you guys are posting links from, and the names of the executables you are posting. Some were made explicitly for piracy, which is not what the user is trying to do here.
