Title: [Fixed]Computer Problems.

I just reinstalled my Windows because I had some problems, and Now I get this error Wich makes: No sound(If i have Windows Players Already Open it works, otherwise no) and I have a problemk wityh games, i cant Start SAMP, or SA I get a error, it didnt find any Sound Card, with VCMP when Its reading the CD it just Crashes without any Error, See a Pic of a Error I Get.. :S

Install DX9
Graphics drivers
Codecs
Sound drivers

DX9=DirectX9? I already installed it, Reinstalling Sound Driver, Installing Codecs, Graphics Driver..

I had the same problem too.
Install all new drivers and it should be fixed.
