Hi guys, if you know some good program for recording + editing the recorded part share with me if you want.
P.S. Sorry for double topics, had some problems and didn't noticed other topic.

What are we talking about, voice or video recording?

Fraps is the easiest one and it doesn't reduce your FPS a lot.
Although the full version which can record over 30 seconds per clip costs money.
There is a way to work around this though, but we can't discuss that on the forum.
As for editing, Sony Vegas works good.

Video sorry for not mentioning it...

One of the best gamming recoring programs is fraps, thoe if your PC is low end, your frames per second will drop a bit and Sony vegas Is Maybe the best editing program for Windows so if you want to do it, use does.

Dxtory is the best, no questions about it.

Camtasia isn't bad. It's free.

Camtasia isn't free. It is good, though. Camtasia also has basic editing tools.
The best option for recording gameplay is probably Fraps.

If you want, you can record with Fraps and edit the video in some Movie Editor or such.
And there is another possibility which is Camatasia Studio, you can record in High Definition and edit the video with simple tools the program features.
I like Camatasia Studio, it isn't free but its really good program, very good recorder, less Holywood editing ;)
Hope I helped.

Camtasia is amazing, but not for gaming as of now recording in full screen produces issues and complications.
You'll need fraps, xfire, camstudio, gamecam or hypercam
That is if you are talking about video.
For audio you have options of Sony Acid (paid) for free you have
Audacity or recordforall

Check this, its the easiest one out there if you want to record ANYTHING on the screen, and edit it (try the trial, it just never expires lol) ;)

Fraps and Camtasia, but it really depends on what you're going to use it for.

MSI Afterburner or Mirillis Action!
-
Fraps + Sony Vegas Pro
'Nuff said.

Well, it matters what you're recording.
For normal desktop usage, use Camtasia. It works great, doesn't have bad quality like CamStudio (default settings) and has a great codec for compression. For video game recording, Fraps is the way to go. The videos are huge, however, so expect to have a lot of space being taken up. For editing, I have two recommendations. Adobe Premiere Pro and Vegas Pro. Premiere Pro is superior to Vegas but takes a massive time to learn on how to use good. Vegas is overall a great piece of software that works quickly and looks acceptable.
