Hey guys, just wanting to write a situation that has and will continue to happen and get your thoughts on it.
Say you are sitting with your gang/group of friends and you get in a bit of a fight and all but one person involved in the roleplay kills someone and gets a wanted level. And following up the cops come to where you guys are and engage in a shootout and dont have time or forget to suspect you. If admins see this happen it shouldn't be a punishment because they were with them the whole entire roleplay and arent just gonna ditch the roleplay because they didnt kill anyone or get suspected. Mainly i think on each of these cases admins should investigate a bit more to find out exactly what happened not just drop the banhammer when they dont know anything of what happened. Or make it (if possible) if you shoot someone and take down their health you get a wanted level. Because i've seen it happen to a few people and recently it happened to my brother and i was in that roleplay and he didnt get a wanted level the whole time but was still riding with us because he was in the roleplay start to finish. What do you guys think? Punish unsuspected people in a gunfight without investigation or take action to minimize the problem? post your ideas and whatever you want to attempt to help get rid of this problem.
Regards, Your old friend. Stof

Well, you do only live once..

It sounds like somebody missunderstood you, Stof.
Indeed a tricky point you mentioned, perhaps someone could clear this up more for us.

Date and time it happened.

You didn't approached the police officers as civil. As you started the roleplay you are allowed to continue in it.
Should be wierd if your mate got suspected and you are forced to leave, even if you started it together  .
It would be another thing if you rolled up to him as a civilan and started to shoot the cops. You are part of the roleplay from the beginning and it should be no issue for you to continue it as long as you have a proper roleplay reason to do so. If your mate got the wanted level without a proper roleplay it would also count as deathmatching / encouraging deathmatching from your side.

We started the roeplay by getting in a fight with someone im pretty sure resulted in killing them and we always ride as a group so even if they didnt assist in the hit they were still backing up whoever was doing it then the cops rolled up and we rode off on bikes, they then managed to hit us off our bikes and resulted in a gunfight between the police and the hells angels. maybe if it is another member of a clan/gang who is rolling with the group in the fight and is unsuspected unless they have returned get no punishment or investigation otherwise completely understandable if its a random just helping out in a gunfight with people they arent involved with.
it was the 30th of june at around 01:35:00 pm
