Title: Searching for new headset...
Post by: Mashgash on June 30, 2012, 06:45:19 pm
Evening folks!

My headset is pretty much given up so I am looking for a new one. I was thinking to hear with you what you are using / recommending.
What I wish to know;
- Name of the headset.
- Specifications.
- A picture of the mentioned headset.
- An average price in your country.

I do not wish to see any links to a (web)store or anything similar. Please only include the points above :)
Thanks in advance!

- Mash.

headsets are inherently bad in sound quality, so I'd just recommend you to get any cheap one

I will recommend Sennheiser headphones, I have used that for the past six years and never ever been happier about any headphones.

I would buy these, though they cost some money, but worth the money, I have the downgraded version of these ones that are not on the market anymore, called Sennheiser HD 555.

If you want a microphone you can buy the one I have, have had it for six years and still working perfectely.

Siberia is shit, had v1 and v2. Bad sound, not comfortable at all.

I would recommend G35, great sound, great microphone. 7.1 Virtual sound. A software made only for that headset. It is very comfortable and you can change the thing on your head, to make it comfortable for you. :)
It costs around 1000 NOK, and I would say its worth it.
