umm..

how is making multiple accounts money cheating?

i made multiple accounts on MTA argonath, and even VCMP.

why is this rule applied to ONLY samp??

Each time you make an account, they give you $10,000 as starting cash.
If people made multiple accounts, they would get $10,000 for each account they have made.

Yup. On SAMP every account has 10k starting money, unlike in MTA:VC. Thats why its ok in MTA but not in SAMP. Also, there is no /changename command in MTA.

Yup, lets do the math...

ill use my very gay friend Jnn for example
1 account = $10,000

if i gave Jnn my 10k
and make new account and have him send money to me when i get back, bam, 20k already.

now, do that 10 times, you got $100,000 right there, no work needed.

do that 100 times, ban, you got $1,000,000.00 right there, no work needed.

sure, go ahead and try it, but admins can /alias on you, and your screwed for money cheats & multiple accounts :)
