Title: Some skin ideas

Add para-military skins to Ammu-Nation shops (since you can see shitload of camo etc outfits on the shelfs), that'd be skin id 4 since I know you guys would get all mad if I wanted SWAT skin to be purchasable too lol

add /c disguise which would work as /c loot, but would put the victim's skin on you, should work only either with low-powered weapons, or make it only available if the bodyshot death data didn't say torso, or make the chance for the clothes to get destroyed randomly upon /c disguise
