It does not matter what program is used all of them will have the same outcome if used to it's potential. This question would be more for DHRMike as he is the resident mapper.

Yes.

And I think I used the MTA Editor, the outside.  Inside was not me, I just made adjustments to the inside

Is it possible for someone else to make map and send it to mappers for check...and if they like it to replace the old one with new one???

I cannot answer that on how its done now, but it took weeks, sometimes months back when I was involved, and there was no guarantee it would get accepted too.  I suspect its even slower if its even possible now.
