Title: [Fixed] SAMP.exe problem [Thanks Gandalf]

Hey, there

Today, when I tried to join Argonath my SAMP did not responded, I've tried to fully re-install (with whole GTA) but now, I got error, please help me.

Is this a new PC, or did you fix something inside it?

It's custom made , 3 years old PC.
