there was noone killed or attacked by me | i was that one who reported a carjacker playerid 0

Alright here's the story.
Cenobite, I have banned you for four reasons. Flaming - Carjacking - DMing - Carkilling. Let's begin with the carjacking part. You were a passenger in a Red-black Sultan RS. Nobody was on the drivers seat, so somebody took the drivers seat and started driving. As soon as the driver stopped the car, you stepped out and re-took the car by carjacking him.
As for dming, you had a fight with Wheeldrifter, wheeldrifter tried to rob you, and you started shooting at eachother. You both kept ongoing even after you died. I also believed that you two just tried to get each other back by dming eachother (revenge-killing).
You also were flaming/insulting/swearing on the mainchat like: "f*cking carjacker". After a short pause I noticed Wheeldrifter tried to rob you again, you attempted to carkill him. 10 seconds later we were at a pay 'n spray where you were trying to carkill a player who didnt do anything. Twice. I also saw you were driving purposely over Edison.
Edison, a regular, also warned the both of you to stop carjacking and dming eachother. You have had enough warnings and I believe you do know the rules of the server.

ah, then you misunderstood the situation,
Edison warned Wheeldrifter , not me !
i was passenger in rs sultan , unknownkiller was the driver, unknownkiller stept out of the car and unknown took it , after the unknown player stept out i stept in , and yes he was the carjacker.
Wheeldrifter tryed to rob me and then we shoot each other so self defense until one of us died thats right but not revenge killing
and i never was in the near of a pay and spray

I have spoken with james about your ban and reviewed the logs.
It seems you have been continuing to carjack players even though you have been warned before by James_Conway. As for Deathmatch part, It's clear that you both had another fight soon after you killed Wheeldrifter (without any rp reason), which indicates on revenge killing.
Since you are still fresh player in this community, I have decided to unban you on 24th July 2012. If you try to ban evade, your unban request will be denied.
