i would like to start a motorcycle club, and buy/or create a club house or garage.

You can start your motorcycle group in this (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?board=185.0) board freely. Create a thread and add a little charm to it.
(You can even go here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?board=11.0) and ask other members to help you around your thread design. I am sure there will be some good souls willing to help)
As for getting property for your group, you can apply for a garage/club/house here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?board=229.0). Just use the form listed in the sticky thread and post your request. The thread will be looked through by property management.
If things don't go as expected at first, don't give up. And remember, money is a means of securing peripheral luxuries. Role play is the way to attract new members and gain activity.
