Which program I need to use then ???

I believe there are editors for SA:MP, but they aren't as good as MTA:SA
The best way is to create in game editors, there are plenty on the SA:MP forum if you aren't familiar with scripting

Wrong, there is a program called SA-MP Map constructor, which is waaaaay much better than MTA's Map Editor ;)
:ps: Just noticed now above posts shows just this program

I recommend scripting your own if you want to learn some good ol' scripting. :D

They will, if you install them.

Yep and there is a guide somewhere in SA-MP forums teaching how to load the custom objects in MTA:SA map editor

You can use MTA:SA Map Editor to create maps, but then you need to know how to convert it to SA:MP. You can use a site called convertffs.com to convert from MTA:SA to SA:MP.
MTA:SA is good if you are doing big projects or interiors. If you are planning on doing small things, you can easily use a Object editor filterscript released on the SA:MP forum and use it on a localhosted server. There are several filterscripts on the SA:MP forum, including one which i have coded and released, which you can use then.

Now Im Very Very Confused, I cant decide which one to use :help:
How can I install objects from SA-MP Map Construction to MTA:SA Editor???
-
I would say SA-MP Map Constructor, as it lets you remove world objects directly, and the place ment of objects are 1000 times better than MTA.
The placement is 101% accurate.

MTA:SA is very easy but it needs experience to get the latest objects (the 19151 objects, last update 0.3e)
the one I provided is a bit complicated, but if it provides you the .pwn code you use to make your map in the server, it also contains the latest 0.3e object (19151 objects)

What's wrong with object placement in MTA:SA map editor?
If you are looking for a quick-to-use interface then pick MTA:SA editor. If you are looking for a more detailed interface, go for the SA-MP constructor.
