So, after I finally managed to install & configure my new PC, I installed GTAIV. EVERYTHING IS ORIGINAL, no cracked/illegal stuff. All works fine on SP including IV's multiplayer, so I downloaded and installed IV MP (RC1 I suppose?). When I try to launch IV MP, it simply doesn't do anything. I hear my PC starting up (noice starts), but then it fades away and nothing happens. Has anyone a solution for this? I really was looking forward to play on IV:MP, something new etc. but now this popped up and have no idea how to fix it... I tried looking on the internet: no results. I tried running it as administrator/through different compatibility modes but nothing seemed to work. Help would be very appreciated. Oh and, my GTA IV has the latest patch, the 1.0.7(...) one.

Our IV:MP server is still using T3 as the IV:MP developers are supposed to launch a hotfix for the RC1 client, which ought to fix some issues causing frequent crashes.
Also, run your client as an Administrator and make sure you've installed XLive(Less), which you can download from the link below with installation instructions.

Follow these steps:
Install GTA IV,
Install Update 1.0.7.0,
Install IV:MP T3,
Download and install xliveless (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=388658),
Run GTA IV Single Player at least once.
After that IVMP should work fine.
