Title: Cant Open SA:MP (Please read)

I had certain problems with GTA SA when playing SA:MP so I dicided it's time for back up file to roll in, so I normally removed my old gta sa folder, and placed the backup folder in it's place, then reinstalled samp, and retargeted the game folder, however when I try to open argonath or any other server it gets me the following message:

[05:36:26] Connecting to 178.63.52.144:7777...

[05:36:32] The server didn't respond. Retrying..

[05:36:32] Connecting to 178.63.52.144:7777...

That's what happens when you are running the incorrect client version, make sure you are running SA:MP 0.3e.

If the problem persists, remove all current SA:MP Client files and reinstall SA:MP 0.3e.

download SA-MP 0.3e (http://www.sa-mp.com/) and try again
