Enough said, that is taking things a bit far. A fine, or maybe at most a few months of probation would suffice.

A much better question would be why he if the shop was unattended and he had all the time in the world, all he takes is an ice cream of which he does not like the flavour...

Or why the little girl, who was in the middle of a riot anyway, did not just go into the unattended shop and choose whatever flavor she liked. :poke:
