Title: Run SA-MP on Windows Vista

San Andreas Multiplayer doesn't work on Vista with default settings!

Follow this guide to get SA-MP working on Windows Vista!
:ps: You need San Andreas 1.00 to play SAMP, get downgrader patch here. (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/news/GTA_San_Andreas_Downgrader_Patch;32610)

Vista Tips
1. Don't worry about the 100 error messages when closing SA-MP
2. Run SA-MP from account that has administrative rights on your computer

Instructions
1. Install San Andreas as usual.
2. After installation, navigate to the folder you installed San Andreas ( Default: c:\program files\rockstar games\gta san andreas\ )
3. Right click on gtasa.exe and go to "Properties".
4. Click the "Compatibility" tab, change the compatibility option to "Windows 98 / Me" or "Windows XP", click OK.
5. Play!

Dad - Acer Travelmate
Mum - Acer Aspire
Living room - Usual Vista PC...

And all worked :)

1.Go to a nearest PC store.
2.Buy Windows XP profesionall.
3.Go home.
4.Eat something first.
5.Open your PC.
6.Insert Windows XP cd.
7.Install it.
8.Smoke something while waiting. :rofl:
9.Then when u finish instaliing,Install your drivers.
10.Install GTA SA.
11.Then Install SAMP.
12 And last thing from this big situation,,PLAY SAMP

Thats just stupid, why installing XP when Linux is much better.

GTA:SA does not work on Linux.
So what you are going to do is buy a truck, put a car on it and tell everyone that your car does not crash when you hit something. :lol:

Nowone is playing without crashes like on the screen i got em too but for me it shows up like every second Hour or something..I got like 5friends playing SA-MP nowone isnÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â´t crashing sometime..

i get EXACTLY the same thing, .. in danish! man i can only be balla or grove.. when i pass by the balles skins it shows that fuckin message! and im getting mad like fuck! somebody need to get to their drawingboard and help is fixing this!

off topic: maybe you should look at that read thign you have in your right down corner:P

Oh yeh, lets all just write our own OS xD
