My friend, is unable to register on the website, there is a bug with Verification Question:

Abbreviation for San Andreas Multiplayer,

SAMP - Not worked
SA:MP - Not worked
SA-MP - Not worked
SA MP - Not worked

"SA:MP" would be the answer I think. Maybe he added some space?

There are two questions, so if he can not write sa:mp then he may find the other...
Ask him to try with small letters instead of capitals
