Title: Game Freezing? WTF? Damnit, Help

Well, somtimes Im playing and game freezes and sometimes I have to restart my comp, but now right after I join server it freezes and I cant play :S
What is wrong? ;S;S

next time don't turn of the pc, press the standby button and restore session.
But thats for every game, I don't know what game your talking about.
