I don't see how an FPS setting would affect your shooting,
Perhaps it will give you the advantage so people cant hit you, but that's basically cowardliness.

It doesnt, but the best is keeping the FPS consistent like /fplimit 40 to keep your FPS at 40 consitently. so no random lag spikes.
