Title: Samsung touchscreen cellphone problem..

Title says half of it,  my mother's cellphone has this problem and she cannot hear sound of music, radio yes, but normal sounds no. Any advice?

Too easy...

Check the sound settings. Or maybe she set her phone type to silent

Biggest chance is that there is a software issue, because the hardware seems to be allright due the radio... Maybe a stupid question, but can you play music though it ?
