It's possibly overheating, open up the case and take a look at the CPU and GPU, see if they are clogged up with dirt/dust.

There's your problem.

What's your CPU? What's your GPU? When last did you defragment your PC? When last did you run an error check?
-
Long time, you need a upgrade bro'.

Thank you I also think that the problem is the one stated by you above..

You said me this like 100 times , yes I will upgrade it soon!

That's what I was getting at. You're specs are obviously very outdated and the only way to fix that is either upgrade your system or buy a new pc.
The better solution would be buy a new one. You can buy a cheap PC that has better specs than what you have currently.

Watch the HDD activity light (usually red) when playing the game.
It'll probably be a fairly slow, occasional flash. When it slows down, observe the light, any changes?
-
Why don't you turn off the msn, chrome and that shit you have? Just the game on.
-
Google Chrome requires a massive amount of system resources, I would suggest you leave that closed at all times when you have games open.
-
I'm guessing your processing power is very low and that with the specs you have, you will definitely not be able to run a game and something like Chrome/a browser at the same time. Best suggestion, get a new PC and second off, turn off everything but the game you are playing.

If you're like me and have like 20 tabs running in Chrome when viewing the forums, then definitely do not have it running in the background when gaming :p
My system is capable of doing this, but I still choose to close as much as possible as it still increases performance (even if it isn't very noticeable).

Haha I have 21 tabs lol.
Thank you for your opinion mate , I try to close everything when I go in-game.
