Maybe you should contact them instead of them contacting you, admins can be very busy with reports and stuff.
Also a server restart isn't the correct solution for this, really.

You only need the intelligence of a monkey to crash a server.. Sadly monkeys don't understand that doing stuff like that has it's consequences as well...

As for the topic creator, he just wants attention. If he really wanted to learn to play, he'd read the wiki or ask ingame. Banned & blocked, bye
